Common use of Synchronization Rights Clause in Contracts

The Licensor hereby grants unlimited synchronization rights for music videos streamed online (Youtube, Vimeo, Instagram, Facebook, etc..) with unlimited video streams on all sites. A separate synchronization license will need to be purchased for distribution of video to Television, Film or Video game.
