Common use of Syndication Agent and Documentation Agents Clause in Contracts

Syndication Agent and Documentation Agents. The Syndication Agent, in its capacity as such, and each Documentation Agent, in its capacity as such, shall have no duties or responsibilities, and shall incur no liabilities, under this Agreement. Neither the Syndication Agent nor any Documentation Agent shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship to any Bank. Each Bank acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on the Syndication Agent or any Documentation Agent in deciding to enter into this Agreement or any other Loan Document or in taking or not taking any action hereunder or thereunder.
