Common use of Syndication Agent and Documentation Agents Clause in Contracts

Syndication Agent and Documentation Agents. Any syndication agent or documentation agents appointed with respect to this Agreement shall, in their capacities as such, have no duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any other Credit Document. No syndication agent or documentation agent shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any syndication agent or documentation agent in deciding to enter into this Agreement or any other Credit Document or in taking or not taking any action hereunder.
