Common use of Syndication Agent and Documentation Agents Clause in Contracts

Syndication Agent and Documentation Agents. Except as expressly set forth herein, the Syndication Agent, in its capacity as such, and each Documentation Agent, in its capacity as such, shall have no duties or responsibilities, and shall incur no liabilities, under this Agreement.
