Common use of Syndication Agent, Documentation Agents and Joint Lead Arrangers and Joint Bookrunners Clause in Contracts

Syndication Agent, Documentation Agents and Joint Lead Arrangers and Joint Bookrunners. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any provision of any other Credit Document, each of the Syndication Agent, the Co-Documentation Agents and the Joint Lead Arrangers and Joint Bookrunners is named as such for recognition purposes only, and in its capacity as such shall have no powers, duties, responsibilities or liabilities with respect to this Agreement or the other Credit Documents or the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby, except as expressly contemplated hereby. Without limitation of the foregoing, the Syndication Agent, the Co-Documentation Agents and the Joint Lead Arrangers and Joint Bookrunners shall not, solely by reason of this Agreement or any other Credit Documents, have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender or any other Person.
