Common use of Syndication Agent Clause in Contracts

Syndication Agent. The Lender identified in this Agreement as the "Syndication Agent" shall not have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of such Lenders shall have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender hereby makes the same acknowledgments with respect to such Lenders as it makes with respect to the Agent in Section 10.11.

Syndication Agent. The No Lender identified in this Agreement as the "Syndication Agent" shall not Agent will have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of such Lenders shall no Lender will have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any other Lender. Each Lender hereby makes the same acknowledgments with respect to such Lenders as it makes with respect to the Administrative Agent in Section 10.1113.10.

Each Lender hereby makes the same acknowledgments with respect to such Lenders the relevant Lender in its capacity as Syndication Agent as it makes with respect to the Administrative Agent in Section 10.1110.7.
