System Back-up of Authoritative Copies. The System will create a back-up of all data on the System, including all Authoritative Copies, on a near real-time basis and on a daily basis. In the event that an Authoritative Copy is lost or destroyed, a back-up of the Authoritative Copy will be designated as the Authoritative Copy at the time the Authoritative Copy is restored.
