System Call Blocking Requirements. The ITS shall have call block capability and shall be responsible for ensuring that the system is programmed for call blocking. Call blocking requirements shall apply to all inmate telephone equipment unless otherwise specified, and shall include, but not be limited to, the following types of calls:
