Common use of System Characteristics Clause in Contracts

System Characteristics. During the term hereof Franchisee’s Cable System shall meet or exceed the following requirements: 4.2.1. The System shall be designed and operated with an initial analog and digital carrier passband between 50 and 860 MHz and shall provide for a minimum channel capacity of not less than 77 channels on the Effective Date. 4.2.2. The System shall be designed to be an active two-way plant for subscriber interaction, if any, required for the selection or use of Cable Service.
