Common use of System Characteristics Clause in Contracts

System Characteristics. During the term hereof Franchisee’s Cable System shall meet or exceed the following requirements: 4.2.1 On the Effective Date, the System shall be an active two-way plant designed to provide for a minimum channel capacity of not less than 77 channels including video- on-demand, pay-per-view, and other premium Cable Services.
