System Metering Installation. 12.3.1 The Buyer shall cause the NTC or the Distributor (as applicable) to procure, install, test, commission, Operate and Maintain a System Metering Installation adjacent to the Facility Metering Installation at the Delivery Point, in accordance with the Transmission Agreement or the Distribution Agreement, as applicable. 12.3.2 The purpose of the System Metering Installation shall be to provide data for comparison purposes as against the data to be provided by the Facility Metering Installation.
