System Metering Installation. 12.3.1 The Buyer shall procure, install, test, commission, Operate and Maintain a System Metering Installation adjacent to the Facility Unit Metering Installation at the Delivery Point, in accordance with the Connection Agreement. 12.3.2 The purpose of the System Metering Installation shall be to provide data for comparison purposes as against the data to be provided by the Facility Unit Metering Installation.
