System Revenues Clause Samples

It typically outlines the sources of income included, such as sales, licensing fees, or service charges, and may specify how these revenues are calculated or reported. This clause is essential for determining financial entitlements, such as royalty payments or profit-sharing, and ensures all parties have a clear and consistent understanding of what income is subject to contractual obligations.
