System Voice Quality Requirements. The ITS shall provide quality of voice connections that meet or exceed appropriate industry standards in the United States and standards enacted by appropriate industry agencies or other organizations for transmitted and received levels, noise, cross talk and frequency range(s). The Contractor shall provide the Local Contract Coordinator - Operations with documentation of the standards (i.e., Bellcore, ANSI, etc.) to which its system adheres. The voice quality level referenced above shall be in place for all telephone services at all stages of a call and shall not be affected by any other system feature, function or capability.
