Systems Availability and Performance Requirements. 4.17.7.1 The Contractor will ensure that Member and Provider portal and/or phone-based functions and information, such as confirmation of CMO Enrollment (CCE) and electronic claims management (ECM), Member services and Provider services, are available to the applicable System users twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) Days a week, except during periods of scheduled System Unavailability agreed upon by DCH and the Contractor. Unavailability caused by events outside of a Contractor’s span of control is outside of the scope of this requirement.
