T I C L E IX. T erm in atio n Clause ( a ) This A greem ent shall rem ain in e f ­ fect from Ju ly 16, 1961, to m idnight of Ju ly 13, 1963. ( b ) E ither party desiring to term inate this A greem ent or to negotiate changes in the A greem ent shall give notice to the other party in w ri ting a t least 60 days prior to the expiration date hereof. I f such notice is not given, as above, the A greem ent shall be autom atically renew ed w ithout changes for a period of one year. In the event either p arty serves such notice of a desire to negotiate changes in the A greem ent, it is m utually agreed th a t the Em ployer and th e Union w ithout undue delay shall begin negotiations on the proposed changes and th a t pending the results of negotiations, neither party shall change the conditions existing under the contract.   • COSTS DISTRIBUTED THROUGH COUNTYWIDE COST ALLOCATIONS The indirect overhead and support service costs listed in the Summary Schedule (attached) are formally approved as actual costs for fiscal year 2022-23, and as estimated costs for fiscal year 2024-25 on a “fixed with carry-forward” basis. These costs may be included as part of the county departments’ costs indicated effective July 1, 2024, for further allocation to federal grants and contracts performed by the respective county departments.
