A T. P.T. who has accumulated ninety (90) days worked will be offered the opportunity for full time employment should the opportunity exist, subject to acceptable performance ratings and qualifications. T.P.T.’s will be allowed accumulated time towards their probationary period, benefits, and seniority upon being hired on as full time.

A T. S.S. shall be entitled to mileage reimbursement in accordance with Board Policy. This will be applicable on a daily basis in long-term positions if travel is a requirement between locations as assigned by TESS or Human Resources. Mileage will not be paid for casual call-outs. (a) T.S.S. employees shall be eligible for Professional Development as outlined in Article 24.
A T. S.S. shall be on probation for One Hundred and Eighty (180) working days or one (1) calendar year of employment, whichever comes first. During this period, the probationary T.S.S. shall not have access to the grievance and arbitration procedure for matters concerning discipline and/or discharge.

Any teacher experiencing the need for support may be given a TIP. (a) Should a teacher in their first year be rated “developing” or “ineffective” in two or more domains on their first evaluation of the year, the second observation should be conducted within 30 school days. A T.I.P. is mandatory for any teacher in their first year of teaching in the district whose performance has been rated to be “developing” or “ineffective” in two or more of the domains on their second and/or third announced or unannounced observation.
A T. All Fees and Expenses payable by Client under or in relation to this Agreement are exclusive of value added tax or any applicable sales or service tax or any similar, successor or supplemental taxes ("VAT"), and the Client shall pay such taxes, in addition to the amounts specified as payable to Equal Experts under this Agreement, against delivery of a valid VAT, sales or service tax or comparable invoice.
