T uberculosis Exposure Control Program. At the time of employment, the Employer shall provide a two (2) step Tuberculin PPD screening test at no cost to the employee. The Employer will continue to provide annual PPD screening to all employees at no cost to the employee. Employees may be screened more frequently on an as needed basis. Upon request of a health care provider, a routine blood examination and urinalysis will be provided at no cost to the employee once each year.

  • Quality Control Program The Contractor shall describe the Quality Control Program in a written document which shall be reviewed by the Engineer prior to the start of any production, construction, or off-site fabrication.
