Table of Severance Payments. Years of Service Entitlement (A) One (1) year of service (i) Three (3) weeks pay for and over each completed year of service or part thereof. (ii) 17 1 2% Loading due on pro-rata annual leave. (B) For the purpose of calculating the entitlement for a part year thereof, the calculation will be made on a pro-rata basis. (C) Where the Award payments exceed the above schedule of severance and notice payments, the Award conditions will prevail. (D) Any employee(s) deemed redundant will receive a maximum severance payment of sixty-five (65) weeks.
