Common use of Tag Lines Clause in Contracts

Tag Lines. Licensee may, without Licensor’s consent, adopt tag lines and other elements of its communication and identity strategy, provided those tag lines and elements: (a) are consistent with the requirements of this Agreement; (b) will not result in a likelihood of confusion with tag lines and elements being used by Licensor; and (c) will not detract from the effectiveness of the Licensed Marks.
