Tailored Professional Learning and Mentoring. Decisions about professional learning topics and needs will be made by each school, and supported by the WLC, which will coordinate with each district. The WLC Team will work with each school on supporting the development of professional learning schedules and topics that best support educators and leaders. Schools and staff must still meet the training requirements mandated under Delaware law. Additionally, WLC schools may create flexible mentoring programs to meet the specific needs of their school’s educator workforce.
