Filing and Recording Mortgagor will cause this Mortgage, the UCC financing statements referred to in Section 1.09, any other security instrument creating a security interest in or evidencing the lien hereof upon the Mortgaged Property and each UCC continuation statement and instrument of further assurance to be filed, registered or recorded and, if necessary, refiled, rerecorded and reregistered, in such manner and in such places as may be required by any present or future law in order to publish notice of and fully to perfect the lien hereof upon, and the security interest of Mortgagee in, the Mortgaged Property until this Mortgage is terminated and released in full in accordance with Section 3.04 hereof. Mortgagor will pay all filing, registration and recording fees, all Federal, state, county and municipal recording, documentary or intangible taxes and other taxes, duties, imposts, assessments and charges, and all reasonable expenses incidental to or arising out of or in connection with the execution, delivery and recording of this Mortgage, UCC continuation statements any mortgage supplemental hereto, any security instrument with respect to the Personal Property, Permits, Plans and Warranties and Proceeds or any instrument of further assurance.
Recording and Filing The County and Borrower shall cause this County Regulatory Agreement, and all amendments and supplements to it, to be recorded in the Official Records of the County of Contra Costa.
Filing and Recording Taxes All transfer taxes, deed stamps, intangible taxes or other amounts in the nature of transfer taxes required to be paid by any Person under applicable Legal Requirements currently in effect in connection with the acquisition of the Property by Borrower have been paid or are simultaneously being paid. All mortgage, mortgage recording, stamp, intangible or other similar tax required to be paid by any Person under applicable Legal Requirements currently in effect in connection with the execution, delivery, recordation, filing, registration, perfection or enforcement of any of the Loan Documents, including, without limitation, the Mortgage, have been paid, and, under current Legal Requirements, the Mortgage is enforceable in accordance with its terms by Lender (or any subsequent holder thereof).
Skidding and Yarding Methods of skid- ding or yarding specified for particular areas, if any, are indicated on Sale Area Map. Outside Clearcutting Units and construction clearings, insofar as ground conditions permit, products shall not be skidded against reserve trees or groups of reproduction and tractors shall be equipped with a winch to facilitate skidding. B6.421 Rigging. Insofar as practicable, needed rigging shall be slung on stumps or trees desig- nated for cutting.
Accounting and Recording (1) The Warrant Agent shall promptly account to the Corporation with respect to Warrants exercised, and shall promptly forward to the Corporation (or into an account or accounts of the Corporation with the bank or trust company designated by the Corporation for that purpose), all monies received by the Warrant Agent on the subscription of Warrant Shares through the exercise of Warrants. All such monies and any securities or other instruments, from time to time received by the Warrant Agent, shall be received in trust for, and shall be segregated and kept apart by the Warrant Agent, the Warrantholders and the Corporation as their interests may appear (2) The Warrant Agent shall record the particulars of Warrants exercised, which particulars shall include the names and addresses of the persons who become holders of Warrant Shares on exercise and the Exercise Date, in respect thereof. The Warrant Agent shall provide such particulars in writing to the Corporation within five Business Days of any request by the Corporation therefor.

Areas of Cooperation 1. To achieve the objectives of cooperation in fisheries within the described principles, cooperation will include fisheries management and conservation issues, vessel management and post harvest arrangements and financial and trade measures and development of fisheries and fisheries products and marine aquaculture. 2. The EC Party will contribute to the mobilisation of the resources for the implementation of the identified areas of cooperation at national and regional levels, which will also include support for regional capacity building. Furthermore, the EC Party contributes to the measures as described in the section concerning financial and trade measures, and on infrastructure development specific for fisheries and marine aquaculture.
Recording and Opinions (a) The Issuer shall, at its sole cost and expense, take or cause to be taken all commercially reasonable action required to perfect (except as expressly provided in the Security Documents), maintain (with the priority required under the Security Documents), preserve and protect the security interests in the Collateral granted by the Security Documents, including (i) the filing of financing statements, continuation statements, collateral assignments and any instruments of further assurance, in such manner and in such places as may be required by law to preserve and protect fully the rights of the Holders and the Indenture Trustee under this Indenture and the Security Documents to all property comprising the Collateral pursuant to the terms of the Security Documents, and (ii) the delivery of the certificates, if any, evidencing the certificated securities pledged under the Security Documents, duly endorsed in blank or accompanied by undated stock powers or other instruments of transfer executed in blank. The Issuer shall from time to time promptly pay all financing and continuation statement recording and/or filing fees, charges and recording and similar taxes relating to this Indenture, the Security Documents and any amendments hereto or thereto and any other instruments of further assurance required pursuant thereto. The Issuer will not be permitted to take any action, or omit to take any action, which action or omission might or would have the result of materially impairing the security interest with respect to the Collateral for the benefit of the Indenture Trustee or the Holders except as expressly set forth herein or the Security Documents. The Indenture Trustee shall have no obligation to file or monitor any financing statements (or amendments of financing statements, continuation statements, collateral assignments or any instruments of further assurance). (b) If property of a type constituting Collateral is acquired by the Issuer that is not automatically subject to a Lien or perfected security interest under the Security Documents, then the Issuer will, as soon as reasonably practicable after such property’s acquisition and in any event within 10 Business Days, grant Liens on such property in favor of the Indenture Trustee, and deliver certain certificates (including in the case of real property title insurance) and any filings or other documentation in respect thereof as required by this Indenture or the Security Documents and take all necessary steps to perfect the security interest represented by such Liens.
Tape-recording Trust authorizes the Custodian to tape record any and all telephonic or other oral instructions given to the Custodian by or on behalf of the Trust, including from any Authorized Person. This authorization will remain in effect until and unless revoked by the Trust in writing. The Trust, upon request, further agrees to solicit valid written or other consent from any of its employees with respect to telephone communications to the extent such consent is required by Applicable Law.
Video recording During the Construction Period, the Contractor shall provide to the Authority for every calendar quarter, a video recording, which will be compiled into a 3 (three)- hour compact disc or digital video disc, as the case may be, covering the status and progress of Works in that quarter. The video recording shall be provided to the Authority no later than 15 (fifteen) days after the close of each quarter after the Appointed Date.
