Taking overCertificate. The Maintenance Requirements set forth in Schedule-E having been duly carried out, Maintenance Period as set forth in Clause 14.1 (i) having been expired and Authority’s Engineer determining the Tests on Completion of Maintenance to be successful in accordance with Schedule-Q, the Authority will issue Taking Over Certificate to the Contractor substantially in the format set forth in Schedule-R.
