Common use of Tampering Clause in Contracts

Tampering. If an employee tampers with, alters, substitutes or in any way compromises any testing sample or material, the employee’s actions shall be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment, without regard to the test results. The University must have conclusive evidence to support such a determination that tampering, alteration, substitution or compromise has occurred.
