Common use of Tangible Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpet, drapes and other items of personal property, if any, now or hereafter owned by Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements (the “Tangible Personal Property”), including any and all items of Personal Property set forth in the Plans and Specifications.

Tangible Personal Property. Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpet, drapes drapes, keys and other items of personal property, if any, now or hereafter owned by Seller and located on or about the Land and Improvements and used exclusively in the Improvements operation and maintenance thereof (the “"Tangible Personal Property”"), including any and all items of Personal Property set forth in the Plans and Specifications.

Tangible Personal Property. All appliancestangible personal property, including all fixed assets, leasehold improvements, fixtures, furniture, computers and hardware, data processing and other office machinery and equipment, machinery, furniture, carpet, drapes and other items of tangible personal property, if anywherever located, now or hereafter owned by Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements (the “Tangible Personal Property”), including any and all items of Personal Property set forth rights in tangible personal property in the Plans and Specificationspossession of others.

Tangible Personal Property. All appliancestangible personal property (including computers and computer equipment and hardware, fixtures, other equipment, machinery, tools, appliances, products, implements, spare parts, instruments, furniture, carpet, drapes inventories and other items of personal property, if any, now or hereafter supplies) owned by Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements Company (the “"Tangible Personal Property”"), including any a correct and all items complete list of Personal Property which is set forth in the Plans and Specifications.on Schedule 1.1.1 hereto;

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpet, drapes and other items of personal property, if any, now or hereafter owned by Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements (the “Tangible Personal Property”), including any and all including, without limitation, those items of Personal Property personal property set forth in the Plans and Specificationson Exhibit “E” attached hereto.

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, tangible personal property (including equipment, machinery, furnituretools, carpetappliances, drapes implements, spare parts, instruments, furniture and other items of personal property, if any, now or hereafter supplies) owned by the Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements (the “"Tangible Personal Property”"), including any and all items of including, without limitation, the Tangible Personal Property set forth in the Plans and Specifications.on Exhibit 1.1(a);

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpet, drapes and other items of personal property, if any, now or hereafter owned by Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements Improvements, the same being described on Exhibit G attached hereto and made a part hereof (the “"Tangible Personal Property”"), including any and all items of Personal Property set forth in the Plans and Specifications.

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpet, drapes and other items of personal property, if any, now or hereafter owned by Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements (the “Tangible Personal Property”), including any and all items of Personal Property as more specifically set forth in the Plans Schedule 1.1 attached hereto and Specificationsmade a part hereof.

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpet, drapes and other items of personal property, if any, now or hereafter owned by Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements (the “Tangible Personal Property”), including any and all including, without limitation, those items of Personal Property personal property set forth in the Plans and Specificationson Exhibit “D” attached hereto.

All appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, building materials, furniture, carpetfurnishings, drapes inventory and other items of personal property, if any, now or hereafter property owned by Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements (the “Tangible Personal Property”), including any and all including, without limitation, the items of Personal Property set forth in the Plans and Specificationson Exhibit “D” attached hereto.

Tangible Personal Property. All appliancestangible personal property, fixturesincluding all automobiles, machinery, equipment, machinerytooling (including off-premises tooling), furnituresupplies, carpetmaterials, drapes and other items of tangible personal property, if any, now or hereafter owned by Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements (the “Tangible Personal Property”), including any property and all items of Personal Property set forth rights in tangible personal property in the Plans and Specificationspossession of others.

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, equipment, water and sewer lines and other utility improvements, machinery, furniture, carpetcarpets, drapes and other items of personal property, if any, now or hereafter owned by Seller and located on or about the Land Real Property and the Improvements or used exclusively in the operation and maintenance thereof, (the “"Tangible Personal Property”"), including any specifically excluding, however, all personal property owned by tenants under the Leases and all items of Personal Property set forth in the Plans and SpecificationsTenant Leases.

Tangible Personal Property. All appliancestangible personal property, including all fixed assets, leasehold improvements, fixtures, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpetcomputers and hardware, drapes data processing and other office machinery and equipment and other items of tangible personal property, if anywherever located, now or hereafter owned by Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements (the “Tangible Personal Property”), including any and all items of Personal Property set forth rights in tangible personal property in the Plans and Specificationspossession of others.

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpetfurnishings, drapes supplies and other items of tangible personal property, if any, now or hereafter owned by Seller and now or hereafter located in and used in connection with the operation, ownership or management of the Real Property, but specifically excluding any items of personal property owned by tenants at or on the Real Property and further excluding any items of personal property owned by third parties and leased to Seller, and all deposits or about escrows made in connection with the Land and the Improvements Existing Loan (collectively, the “Tangible Personal Property”), including any and all items of Personal Property set forth in the Plans and Specifications.

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixturesall machinery, equipment, machinerytools, furniture, carpetoffice equipment, drapes computer hardware, supplies, materials, vehicles and other items of tangible personal property, if any, now property (other than Inventories) of every kind owned or hereafter owned leased by Seller either of the Sellers (wherever located and located whether or not carried on or about the Land and the Improvements (the “Tangible Personal Property”either Sellers' books), including together with any express or implied warranty by the manufacturers or sellers or lessors of any item or component part thereof (to the extent transferable to Buyers), and all items of Personal Property set forth in the Plans maintenance records and Specificationsother documents relating thereto.

Tangible Personal Property. All The fixtures and personal property, including, without limitation, computers, copiers, furniture, carpeting, draperies, appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, furnitureinventory, carpet, drapes phones and other items of personal property, if any, now or hereafter office supplies owned by Seller Sellers and located on at or about used in connection with the Land and the Improvements Projects (the “Tangible Personal Property”), including any and all items of Personal Property set forth in the Plans and Specifications.

Tangible Personal Property. All appliancesThe items of personal property for each of the Properties, including without limitation all fixtures, furniture, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpet, drapes and other items of tangible personal property, if any, now or hereafter owned by Seller and presently located on or about the Land and the Improvements (the “Tangible Personal Property”)Land, including but excluding any and all items of Personal Property set forth in the Plans and Specificationspersonal property owned by tenants, any managing agent, or unaffiliated third parties.

All appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpet, drapes and other items of personal property, if any, now or hereafter owned by Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements (the “Tangible Personal Property”), including any and all items of Personal Property set forth in the Plans and Specifications.

All Any and all tangible property owned by the Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements and used in the operation or ownership of the business conducted thereon, including all appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpet, drapes and other items of personal property, if anyand including, now or hereafter owned by Seller and located without limitation, those items of personal property set forth on or about the Land and the Improvements Schedule 1.1(d) attached (the “Tangible Personal Property”), including any and all items of Personal Property set forth in the Plans and Specifications.;

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpet, drapes and other items of personal property, if any, now or hereafter owned by Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements (the “Tangible Personal Property”), including any and all items of Personal Property set forth in the Plans on Schedule “B” attached hereto and Specificationsmade a part hereof.

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixturestangible personal property including all machinery, equipment, machinerytrucks, automobiles, furniture, carpetsupplies, drapes spare parts, tools, stores and other items of tangible personal property, if any, now or hereafter property owned by Seller and located on Arraid or about in which Arraid has any interest, other than the Land and the Improvements (the “Tangible Personal Property”), including any and all items of Personal Property set forth in the Plans and SpecificationsInventories.

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, tangible personal property (including equipment, machinery, furnituretools, carpetappliances, drapes implements, spare parts, instruments, furniture and other items of personal property, if any, now or hereafter supplies) owned by the Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements (the “"Tangible Personal Property”"), including any and all items of including, without limitation, the Tangible Personal Property set forth in the Plans and Specifications.described Exhibit 1.1(a);

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixturesmachinery, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpetfurnishings, drapes movable walls or partitions, computers or trade fixtures, goods, inventory, supplies, and other items personal property owned or leased (pursuant to equipment leases) by the Tenant and used in connection with the operation of personal property, if any, now or hereafter owned by Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements (the “Tangible Personal Leased Property”), including any and all items of Personal Property set forth in the Plans and Specifications.

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpet, drapes and other items of personal property, if any, now or hereafter owned by Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements (the “Tangible Personal Property”), including any and all including, without limitation, those items of Personal Property personal property set forth in the Plans and Specificationson Exhibit “J” attached hereto.

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, fixed and tangible -------------------------- equipment, machinery, vehicles, furniture, carpettransmitting towers, drapes transmitters, antennae, office materials and supplies, spare parts and other items of tangible personal property, if any, now or hereafter property owned by Seller any of the Companies and located on used or about held for use by the Land Companies exclusively by or for any of the Stations or the operation thereof, with all replacements thereof, additions and alterations thereto, and substitutions therefor, made between the date hereof and the Improvements Closing Date (hereinafter collectively the “"Tangible Personal Property”"), including any and all items of Personal Property set forth in the Plans and Specifications.

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpetfurnishings, drapes supplies and other items of tangible personal property, if any, now or hereafter owned by Seller and now or hereafter located in and used in connection with the operation, ownership or management of the Real Property, but specifically excluding any items of personal property owned by tenants at or on or about the Land Real Property and the Improvements further excluding any items of personal property owned by third parties and leased to Seller (collectively, the “Tangible Personal Property”), including any and all items of Personal Property set forth in the Plans and Specifications.

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, heating, plumbing, ventilation and air conditioning systems, pool and spa equipment, repair and maintenance supplies and equipment, furniture, carpet, drapes and other items of personal property, if any, now or hereafter owned by Seller and located on or about (or used in connection with the operation of) the Land and the Improvements Improvements, as more particularly set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto (the collectively, “Tangible Personal Property”), including any and all items of Personal Property set forth in the Plans and Specifications.

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixturesall machinery, equipment, machinerytools, furniture, carpetoffice equipment, drapes computer hardware, supplies, materials, vehicles and other items of tangible personal property, if any, now property (other than Inventories) of every kind owned or hereafter owned leased by Seller and used in the operation of the Divisions (wherever located and whether or not carried on or about the Land and the Improvements (the “Tangible Personal Property”Seller's books), including together with any express or implied warranty by the manufacturers or sellers or lessors of any item or component part thereof and all items of Personal Property set forth in the Plans maintenance records and Specificationsother documents relating thereto.

Tangible Personal Property. All appliancestangible personal property, fixturesincluding all equipment, equipmentfurniture, furnishings, machinery, furniturevehicles, carpettools, drapes molds and other items of tangible personal property, and all warranties and guarantees, if any, now express or hereafter owned by Seller and implied, existing for the exclusive benefit of the Business or located on or about at the Land and real property of the Improvements (Business in connection with the “Tangible Personal Property”)foregoing, including any and all items of Personal Property set forth in to the Plans and Specifications.extent assignable;

All appliancesfurniture, fixtures, tools, dies, molds, industrial models, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpet, drapes all computer software and hardware and other accessories related thereto, including any computer equipment which operates the heating, ventilating, air conditioning and security systems at the Facility, and other tangible personal property (other than Vehicles) used solely in the conduct of the Business at the Facility or at any location subject to a Real Property Lease (including, but not limited to, the items listed in Section 2.01(a)(iv) of personal propertythe Disclosure Schedule), if any, now or hereafter owned by Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements (the “"Tangible Personal Property”"), including any and all items of Personal Property set forth in the Plans and Specifications.;

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpet, drapes and other items of personal property, if any, now or hereafter owned by Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements (the “Tangible Personal Property”), including any and all items of Personal Property set forth in the Plans and Specifications.

All appliances, fixtures, of the equipment, machinery, furniture, carpetfurnishings, drapes supplies and other items of tangible personal property, if any, owned by the Market Place Seller and now or hereafter owned by Seller and located on and used exclusively in the operation, ownership or about maintenance of the Land and Real Property, subject to the Improvements (the “Tangible Personal Property”), including any and all items of Personal Property exclusions set forth in the Plans and Specifications.below; and
