Common use of Tangible Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpet, drapes and other personal property, if any, owned by Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements (the "Tangible Personal Property").

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpet, drapes and other items of personal property, if any, now or hereafter owned by Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements (the "“Tangible Personal Property"”), including any and all items of Personal Property set forth in the Plans and Specifications.

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, tangible personal property (including equipment, machinery, furnituretools, carpetappliances, drapes implements, spare parts, instruments, furniture and other personal property, if any, supplies) owned by the Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements (the "Tangible Personal Property")., including, without limitation, the Tangible Personal Property set forth on Exhibit 1.1(a);

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpet, drapes and other personal property, if any, owned by Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements (the "“Tangible Personal Property"”), all as more specifically set forth in Schedule 1.1 attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpetfurnishings, drapes supplies and other tangible personal property, if any, owned by Seller and now or hereafter located in and used in connection with the operation, ownership or management of the Real Property, but specifically excluding any items of personal property owned by tenants at or on the Real Property and further excluding any items of personal property owned by third parties and leased to Seller, and all deposits or about escrows made in connection with the Land and Existing Loan (collectively, the Improvements (the "“Tangible Personal Property"”).

All appliances, fixturesmachinery, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpetfurnishings, drapes movable walls or partitions, computers or trade fixtures, goods, inventory, supplies, and other personal property, if any, property owned or leased (pursuant to equipment leases) by Seller the Tenant and located on or about used in connection with the Land and operation of the Improvements (the "Tangible Personal Leased Property").

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpet, drapes and other personal property, if any, owned by Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements (the "“Tangible Personal Property"”), including, without limitation, those items of personal property set forth on Exhibit “J” attached hereto.

Tangible Personal Property. All appliancestangible personal property including without limitation, all machinery, furniture, fixtures, equipment, machineryincluding medical and office equipment, furnitureinstruments, carpetleasehold improvements, drapes motor vehicles, and other all rights in any and all warranties of any manufacturer or vendor with respect to any such tangible personal property, if any, owned by Seller and located property including all such tangible personal property listed on or about the Land and the Improvements (the "Tangible Personal Property"attached Exhibit 1.1(a).;

All appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, heating, plumbing, ventilation and air conditioning systems, pool and spa equipment, repair and maintenance supplies and equipment, furniture, carpet, drapes and other personal property, if any, owned by Seller and located on or about (or used in connection with the operation of) the Land and the Improvements Improvements, as more particularly set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto (the "collectively, “Tangible Personal Property"”).

All appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpet, drapes and other personal property, if any, owned by Seller the Company and located on or about the Land and the Improvements (the "“Tangible Personal Property"”), including, without limitation, those items of personal property set forth on Exhibit “D” attached hereto and excluding property owned by tenants.

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpetfurnishings, drapes supplies and other tangible personal property, if any, owned by Seller and now or hereafter located in and used in connection with the operation, ownership or management of the Real Property, but specifically excluding any items of personal property owned by tenants at or on or about the Land Real Property and further excluding any items of personal property owned by third parties and leased to Seller (collectively, the Improvements (the "“Tangible Personal Property"”).

All appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, furnituremaintenance vehicles and equipment, carpettools, drapes parts, carpeting, window treatments, and other tangible personal propertyproperty of every kind, if anyincluding, without limitation, office equipment, furniture and supplies, situated in, on, over and under the Real Property and owned by Seller, together with all replacements and substitutions therefor made prior to Closing and owned by Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements (the "“Tangible Personal Property"”), including but not limited to those items set forth on Exhibit ”B” attached hereto.

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpet, drapes and other items of personal property, if any, owned by Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements (the "“Tangible Personal Property"”), including any and all items of Personal Property set forth in the Plans and Specifications.

All those fixtures, appliances, fixturesmachinery, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpet, drapes and other tangible personal propertyproperty (excluding cash-on-hand), if any, owned by the Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements and used solely in connection with the ownership, operation or management of the Improvements (the "Tangible Personal Property").

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpet, drapes furnishings and other personal propertyappliances, if any, that are owned by Seller Sellers and located on or about at and used in connection with the Land and the Improvements (the "Tangible Personal Real Property").

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpet, drapes and other items of personal property, if any, now or hereafter owned by Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements (the "“Tangible Personal Property"”).

All appliances, fixtures, equipment, water and sewer lines and other utility improvements, machinery, furniture, carpetcarpets, drapes and other personal property, if any, owned by Seller and located on or about the Land Real Property and the Improvements or used exclusively in the operation and maintenance thereof, (the "Tangible Personal Property"), specifically excluding, however, all personal property owned by tenants under the Leases and Tenant Leases.

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, building materials, furniture, carpetfurnishings, drapes inventory and other items of personal property, if any, property owned by Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements (the "“Tangible Personal Property"”), including, without limitation, the items set forth on Exhibit “D” attached hereto.

Tangible Personal Property. All appliancesfurniture, furnishings, fixtures, equipment, machinery, furnituremaintenance vehicles and equipment, carpettools, drapes parts, recreational equipment, carpeting, window treatments, stationery and other office supplies and other tangible personal propertyproperty of every kind situated in, if anyon, over and under the Premises or used in connection therewith, owned by Seller the Company or in which the Company otherwise has an interest and located on or about which is not owned by tenants under the Land Leases (as hereinafter defined), together with all replacements and substitutions therefor between the Improvements date hereof and Closing (the "“Tangible Personal Property"”).;

Tangible Personal Property. All appliancestangible personal property, fixturesincluding all equipment, equipmentfurniture, furnishings, machinery, furniturevehicles, carpettools, drapes molds and other tangible personal property, and all warranties and guarantees, if any, owned by Seller and express or implied, existing for the exclusive benefit of the Business or located on or about at the Land and real property of the Improvements (Business in connection with the "Tangible Personal Property").foregoing, to the extent assignable;

Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, fixed and tangible -------------------------- equipment, machinery, vehicles, furniture, carpettransmitting towers, drapes transmitters, antennae, office materials and supplies, spare parts and other tangible personal property, if any, property owned by Seller any of the Companies and located on used or about held for use by the Land Companies exclusively by or for any of the Stations or the operation thereof, with all replacements thereof, additions and alterations thereto, and substitutions therefor, made between the date hereof and the Improvements Closing Date (hereinafter collectively the "Tangible Personal Property").
