Common use of Tapes and Records Clause in Contracts

Tapes and Records. All magnetic tapes, Entries, security procedures and related records used by the Bank for transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be and remain the Bank’s property. The Bank may, at its sole discretion, make available such information upon Customer's request. Any expenses incurred by the Bank in making such information available to Customer shall be paid by Customer.

Tapes and Records. All magnetic tapes, Entries, security procedures and related records used by the Bank for transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be and remain the Bank’s property. The Bank may, at its sole discretion, make available such information upon Customer's Company’s request. Any expenses incurred by the Bank in making such information available to Customer Company shall be paid by CustomerCompany.
