Common use of Target Award Clause in Contracts

Your Target Award for the Performance Period under this Award Agreement shall be the number of whole shares of Stock identified as your Performance Stock Unit (“PSU”) Target Award in your account in the Stock Plan System at http://www.stxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.
