Common use of Tariff adjustments Clause in Contracts

Tariff adjustments. (a) For the purpose of consulting the Government in relation to proposed tariff adjustments, the expression “tariff adjustments” means changes to the Tariff Table or to the Fuel Cost Variation Charge formula. (b) The Company shall, not less than three (3) months prior to the Intended Implementation Date of any tariff adjustment, provide the Government with particulars of the adjustment. The particulars will include matters which are relevant to the tariff adjustment including the data and information set out in Schedule 2.
