ADS Fees and Charges The following ADS fees are payable under the terms of the Deposit Agreement:

Costs, Fees and Charges Costs, fees and charges payable pursuant to this Agreement shall be payable by Borrower as and when provided in Section 2 hereof, to Lender or to any other Person designated by Lender in writing.
Services Fees The Fees are stated on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. Stripe may revise the Fees at any time. If Stripe revises the Fees for a Service that you are currently using, Stripe will notify you at least 30 days (or a longer period if Law requires) before the revised Fees apply to you.
Tariffs Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Agreement, Comcast may elect or be required to file tariffs with regulatory agencies for certain Services. In such event, the terms set forth in the Agreement may, under applicable law, be superseded by the terms and conditions of the Tariffs. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in the event of any inconsistency with respect to rates, the rates and other terms set forth in the applicable Sales Order shall be treated as individual case based arrangements to the maximum extent permitted by law, and Comcast shall take such steps as are required by law to make the rates and other terms enforceable. If Comcast voluntarily or involuntarily cancels or withdraws a Tariff under which a Service is provided to Customer, the Service will thereafter be provided pursuant to the Agreement and the terms and conditions contained in the Tariff immediately prior to its cancellation or withdrawal. In the event that Comcast is required by a governmental authority to modify a Tariff under which Service is provided to Customer in a manner that is material and adverse to either party, the affected party may terminate the applicable Sales Order upon a minimum thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the other party, without further liability.
Fees and Charges County will pay the following fees in accordance with the provisions of this Contract. Payment shall be as follows:
Professional Fees and Costs If either Landlord or Tenant should bring suit against the other with respect to this Lease, then all costs and expenses, including without limitation, actual professional fees and costs such as appraisers', accountants' and attorneys' fees and costs, incurred by the party which prevails in such action, whether by final judgment or out of court settlement, shall be paid by the other party, which obligation on the part of the other party shall be deemed to have accrued on the date of the commencement of such action and shall be enforceable whether or not the action is prosecuted to judgment. As used herein, attorneys' fees and costs shall include, without limitation, attorneys' fees, costs and expenses incurred in connection with any (i) postjudgment motions; (ii) contempt proceedings; (iii) garnishment, levy, and debtor and third party examination; (iv) discovery; and (v) bankruptcy litigation.
Fees Registry Operator must pay, or have paid on its behalf, fees to the Escrow Agent directly. If Registry Operator fails to pay any fee by the due date(s), the Escrow Agent will give ICANN written notice of such non-‐payment and ICANN may pay the past-‐due fee(s) within fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of the written notice from Escrow Agent. Upon payment of the past-‐due fees by ICANN, ICANN shall have a claim for such amount against Registry Operator, which Registry Operator shall be required to submit to ICANN together with the next fee payment due under the Registry Agreement.
