Common use of Tarsus License Clause in Contracts

Tarsus License. Tarsus hereby grants to Elanco a worldwide non-exclusive, perpetual, sublicensable (through multiple tiers), royalty-free license, under the Tarsus IP, to research, develop, make, use, sell, offer for sale, import and otherwise exploit Compounds and Licensed Products in the Elanco Field. Tarsus may sublicense any or all rights and/or obligations under this Agreement.
