Common use of TASK 1 - INITIAL INSPECTION Clause in Contracts

TASK 1 - INITIAL INSPECTION. The Contractor shall conduct a thorough, initial inspection of the property or site when specified in the task order. The purpose of the initial inspection is for the Contractor to:  verify site conditions;  identify the insect or organism to be controlled;  identify problem areas;  identify any equipment, structural features, or management practices that are contributing to pest infestations; and,  develop a Pest Control Plan. The Contractor shall coordinate access to building space with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). The COR will inform the Contractor of any restrictions or areas requiring special scheduling.
