Task Control. Entco will process the entrusted data only in accordance with the contractually agreed instructions received from Customer. Control measures will be defined in consultation with Customer and then technically or organizationally incorporated into the operations. Entco will only engage the services of subcontractors in accordance with the requirements of the contractual provisions.
