(1) Advertising Vacancies: Teacher vacancies will be posted on the District website weekly by 17 Human Resources. A vacancy shall exist when a person is sought to fill a full-time position which 18 has been identified by Human Resources. The notice of vacancies shall list the position, location, 19 and qualifications including certification coverage for those positions, and deadline date for 20 application. The notice of vacancies shall be sent to the Association.
New Assignments. When employees are assigned to work in a higher or lower labor grade, the new pay rate shall be effective upon starting the new assignment, and shall be reflected in the employee's paycheck not later than the third payday subsequent to the date on which the new assignment beginsis made.
