Task Order Not an Amendment of Consortium Contract. Neither a Proposal in Response nor a Task Order may alter the terms and conditions of the Consortium Contract. The terms and conditions of the Consortium Contract Agreement can only be modified by the parties in an amendment pursuant to Section 6.4 of the Consortium Contract, and any provision of a Task Order that would have the effect of amending a term or condition of the Consortium Contract shall be null and void. Any amendments, changes or modifications of this Task Order must comply with the provisions of Section 9.01 of Appendix A.
