BASIS OF AWARD. The Office of Management and Budget, Government Support Services will award this contract in accordance with Title 16, Subsection 9605, Delaware Code.

It is strongly recommended to submit your response as early as possible. You should allow time to receive any requested assistance and to receive verification of your submittal; waiting until the last hours of the solicitation could impact the timely submittal of your response.
BASIS OF AWARD. Awards shall be made to one (1) responsive, responsible Bidder that offers the highest Base Equipment MSRP discount per Manufacturer or Brand Name in each Group line number. The Department reserves the right to award to a single contractor or award to multiple contractors by Manufacturer or Brand Name, within each Group line number or any other separable portion if deemed to be in the best interest of the State. Bidders are not required to bid every Group or every Manufacturer or Brand Name within a Group. If the Bidder wishes to be considered for an award, they must submit a bid for the Base Equipment MSRP discount for a Manufacturer or Brand Name within a Group and the MSRP discounts for the OEM Options, Accessories, & Implements and associated OEM & Replacement Parts for the Manufacturer or Brand Name bid. However, awards for each Manufacturer or Brand Name within a Group shall be based upon the greatest Base Equipment MSRP discount bid by a responsive and responsible Bidder.
BASIS OF AWARD.

The Department reserves the right to award multiple Contracts, for all or part of the work contemplated by this solicitation. The Department reserves the right to accept or reject any and all offers, and to waive any minor irregularity, technicality, or omission if the Department determines that doing so will serve the best interest of the state. However, the Department reserves the right to make no award in one or all Service Categories as determined to be in the best interest of the State.

However if the Bidder wishes to be considered for an award, they must submit a bid for the MSRP discount for a Group line number for a Manufacturer/Brand within that Group.
BASIS OF AWARD. Contract(s) will be awarded to the responsible and responsive Vendor(s) per region that are determined to be the most advantageous to the state with the highest total final score for a region. The highest total final score will be determined by combining the average of the evaluator technical scores and the cost proposal score for a region. The Department reserves the right to issue multiple awards in a region to Respondents whose total final score is within 20% of the highest total final score for that region. The Department will consider the total cost for each year of the Contract, including initial and renewal years as submitted by the Respondent.
