Common use of Task Order (TO) Response Clause in Contracts

Task Order (TO) Response. ‌ In response to a TO, the Contractor will dispatch appropriate personnel to the affected Facility to assess the problem, evaluate the requested tasks and perform any Work that is authorized. If the Work type is “TO,” the Contractor will dispatch appropriate personnel within the time period specified in Table below, as determined by (i) priority of the Work, as identified in the TO, (ii) whether one or more Contractor FTEs are assigned to the Facility, and (iii) whether the TO Issuance Time is during or outside of Normal Working Hours. Response Times for Task Order (TO).‌ Response Time 30 Min 2 Hours Next BD 5 Business Days (BD) Response Time 1 Hours Next BD Next BD 5 BD Response Time 1 Hour 4 Hours 24 Hours 5 BD Response Time 2 Hours Next BD Next BD 5 BD‌ TO – FMs.‌ If the TO type is “FM,” the Contractor will dispatch appropriate personnel within the time period specified in Table below, as determined by (i) priority of the Work, as identified in the TO, (ii) whether one or more Contractor FTEs are assigned to the Facility, and (iii) whether the TO Issuance Time is during or outside of Normal Working Hours.
