Common use of Task Order Clause in Contracts

Task Order. A written agreement between the City and Contractor defining the particular scope of work to be performed under this Contract. When necessary, plans, permits and specifications may be provided by the City to clarify the requirements of the Task Order work. Each Task Order will contain a timeframe in which the work shall be completed in order for the Contractor to avoid being subjected to liquidated damages.
