Task Administrator. The Engineering & Capital Projects is the task administrator for this Agreement. The Design Professional shall provide the Professional Services under the direction of a designated representative of the Engineering & Capital Projects. The City's designated representative will communicate with the Design Professional on all matters related to the administration of this Agreement and the Design Professional's performance of the Professional Services rendered hereunder. When this Agreement refers to communications to or with the City, those communications will be with the designated representative, unless the designated representative or the Agreement specifies otherwise. Further, when this Agreement refers to an act or approval to be performed by the City, that act or approval shall be performed by the Mayor or designee, unless the Agreement specifies otherwise.

The Consultant shall provide the Professional Services under the direction of a designated representative of the Transportation & Storm Water Department. When this Agreement refers to communications to or with the City, those communications will be with the designated representative, unless the designated representative or the Agreement specifies otherwise. Further, when this Agreement refers to an act or approval to be performed by City, that act or approval shall be performed by the Mayor or designee, unless the Agreement specifies otherwise.

The Director will communicate with the Consultant on all matters related to the administration of this Agreement and the Consultant’s performance of the Consulting Services rendered hereunder. When this Agreement refers to communications to or with the City, those communications will be with the designated representative, unless the designated representative or this Agreement specifies otherwise.
Task Administrator. The Community Services Department is the task administrator for this Agreement. The Consultant shall provide the Consulting Services under the direction of the Community Services Director or her designee (“the Director”). The Director will communicate with the Consultant on all matters related to the administration of this Agreement and the Consultant’s performance of the Consulting Services rendered hereunder. When this Agreement refers to communications to or with the City, those communications will be with the Director unless the Director or the Agreement specifies otherwise.
Task Administrator. (1) The TA is nominated by the Co-ordinator to assist with the organisation of research related matters as well as administrative tasks. In accordance with the Contract, Annex I, Xxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx is nominated as the initial TA.
