Tasks; Billing; Measuring Task Use. 3.5.1. Tasks. Your Users may request that the Subscription Service and Legacy Software perform certain tasks, which are comprised of a unique set of instructions executed by the Subscription Service and Legacy Software (each a “Task”). For clarification purposes, a Task that runs (i) one time on one machine or (ii) multiple times on the same machine using the same parameters, counts as a single Task; however, (iii) a Task that runs on multiple machines or using multiple parameters counts as multiple Tasks.
