Task Billing. You will be billed for each Task (whether successful or not) initiated by your Users; however, you have the option to be prebilled for a set number of Tasks for use over a rolling twelve-month period during the Term. If you exceed or based on your usage it appears that you will exceed the number of daily Tasks purchased in an Order, then you may purchase additional Tasks for the remainder of the then-current Term at the effective rate per Task specified an applicable Order by signing a new Order Form for the additional Tasks.
Task Billing. Each task performed must have its own time entry separated by a semicolon (;). The District will not pay for multiple tasks under one entry (block billing).
Task Billing. Upon request by City, Firm will propose flat-fee amounts to cover specific tasks under paragraph B. of this Section and under Sections II – IV below. When such task, flat-fee arrangements have been agreed upon, they shall control over the rates provided by this Agreement.
