Your Users definition

Your Users means Your Affiliates and employees or equivalent contractors.

Your Users means end-users of your Application and anyone who sublicenses your Application.

Your Users means individuals that access your Subscription through use of your network, Devices or user ID(s) and a password(s).

Examples of Your Users in a sentence

• Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services.

• You may allow Your Users to use the Oracle Software for this purpose, and You are responsible for their compliance with the license terms.

More Definitions of Your Users

Your Users means Your individual employees with whom you conduct business for the Internal Use of Your enterprise, for whom You have purchased Subscriptions only for Your benefit or as part of Your project.

Your Users or “Users” means Your employees, contractors, and end users, as applicable, who are authorized by You or on Your behalf, to use the Cloud Service during the Trial Period in accordance with this Agreement. “Extreme Proprietary Information” includes information relating to the Cloud Service and Products, including, but not limited to, performance, reliability, stability, operation, know-how, techniques, processes, ideas, algorithms, software designs and architecture, as well as Software in source code form.

Your Users means those users who are licensed to use Instant Office in terms of the Agreements.

Your Users means, if you have a multi-user subscription to the Online Service, your Sys Admins and Licensed Users, along with any other users who accept an invitation to join your account and have their usage managed by you or your SysAdmin.

Your Users means end-users of your application, your service providers, and anyone who sub-licenses your application.

Your Users mean customers that have entered into a relationship with you to purchase goods or services. Your Users that have a SPARE account are also SPARE Users.
