Tax Accounting. Within a reasonable period of time following a request therefor, Contractor shall provide Owner with any information regarding quantities, descriptions and costs of any Contractor-Supplied Equipment installed on or ordered for the Project and any other information, including Books and Records, as Owner may deem reasonably necessary in connection with the preparation of its tax returns or other tax documentation.
