Common use of Tax Administration Matters Clause in Contracts

Tax Administration Matters. With respect to a Series including MACR Certificates, this Agree- ment and the related Terms Supplement shall be construed in a manner consistent with the status of the arrangement pursuant to which the MACR Classes are created, sold and administered as a grantor trust for federal income tax purposes. Xxxxxxx Mac and/or its designated agent shall furnish, at such times as required by applicable law, to each Holder of a MACR Class such information as Xxxxxxx Xxx xxxxx necessary or desirable to enable Holders and beneficial owners of MACR Classes to prepare their United States federal income tax returns, if applicable.
