Tax and Accounting Services. The Manager shall (a) provide and oversee financial and tax reporting (including all tax work necessary for Gxxxx Xxxxxxxx LLP to fulfill its obligations as “tax matters partner” under the Company Agreement or the Partnership Agreement) and cash management services, (b) monitor the Owner’s compliance with its debt and financing documents and (c) perform such other accounting services as Owner may reasonably request.
