Tax Cooperation and Reporting. The State of Washington and its Participating Subdivisions will be bound by Section V.F and Section XIV.F of the Global Settlement, except (i) as set forth in the final sentence of this Section VII.B and (ii) that the State of Washington shall be its own Designated State and shall designate its own “appropriate official” within the meaning of Treasury Regulations Section 1.6050X-1(f)(1)(ii)(B) (the “Appropriate Official”).
