Tax Credits and Other Incentives. 11.21 Throughout the performance of the grant the PERFORMING PARTY shall notify the TCEQ of any financial incentive received by the PERFORMING PARTY which was not included in the Application, if that incentive will offset the cost of the proposed project. This includes tax credits or deductions, other grants, or any other public financial assistance. The combination of this grant and other financial incentives may not exceed the incremental cost to the applicant for the purchase of a grant-funded vehicle. The TCEQ, in reimbursing the PERFORMING PARTY, may reduce the amount of authorized incremental costs eligible for reimbursement, by the value of any additional financial incentive received by the PERFORMING PARTY without a Written Amendment or Minor Change to this Agreement.
