Tax Identification Number. The Company may obtain a federal tax identification number for business purposes or state law purposes in the sole discretion of the Manager. Any obtainment of such identification number shall be deemed an act of convenience by the Company, and shall not have any effect on the Company’s tax classification for any purpose.
