Common use of Tax-Related Information Clause in Contracts

Tax-Related Information. The Company shall promptly make available to the Stockholder Entities all books, records and files of the Company and its Subsidiaries with respect to tax matters as may be reasonably requested by the Stockholder Entities and shall use reasonable efforts to comply with any requests by the Stockholder Entities for any tax-related information (including any applicable state withholdings) of any entity (i) which owns, directly or indirectly, all or a portion of the equity of the Company and (ii) in which any of the Stockholder Entities and the Company’s management own, directly or indirectly, all or a portion of the equity.
