Tax Resale Certificate. BUYER represents that it holds and agrees to provide to SELLER a valid resale exemption certificate issued by each tax jurisdiction in which such certificate is required as a condition of the avoidance of sales or use taxes with respect to the sale of Products under this Agreement.

Tax Resale Certificate. Fiserv shall provide a tax resale certificate for each state that product will be shipped to by AltiGen, prior to the acceptance or processing on any Fiserv orders.
Tax Resale Certificate. Reseller represents that it holds and agrees to provide to Infocyte a valid resale exemption certificate issued by each tax jurisdiction in which such certificate is required as a condition to the avoidance of sales or use taxes with respect to the sale of the Platform under the Agreement and this Appendix. Reseller shall promptly notify Infocyte of any amendment or revocation of such certificate and will hold Infocyte harmless from and against any taxes or other monies resulting from the failure to hold a certificate recognized as valid by the appropriate tax jurisdiction.
