TAX SAVINGS OR REFUND. (i) If an Indemnitee shall receive a refund on account of any Tax for which such Indemnitee was indemnified or which was advanced by LESSEE, then such Indemnitee shall, and LESSOR shall use its reasonable efforts to cause such Indemnitee to, promptly pay the amount of such refund to LESSEE (together with the amount of any interest and attorneys fees received by such Indemnitee in relation to such refund).
