TAXES AND DUTIES INCURRED IN CHINA. The SELLER shall bear and pay all taxes, duties, stamps, dues, levies, and fees of whatsoever nature incurred or imposed in the People’s Republic of China in connection with the execution and/or performance of this Contract by the SELLER and its subcontractors and any payments to be made hereunder by the BUYER. The SELLER shall assist the BUYER to import the BUYER’s Supplies into the People’s Republic of China without taxes, duties, or restrictions, but in compliance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
